Make a Booking for Middlemarch Holiday Park
Terms and Conditions:
Check-in is from 2pm on your day of arrival. For your convenience luggage storage is available before check-in time. Early check-in may be made with prior arrangement.
Check-out is before 10am on the day of your departure. For your convenience luggage storage is available after check-out time. Late check-out can be arranged - please ask at the reception office.
Reception office hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm. If you are unable to check-in during Reception hours, please phone or email us to arrange a late check-in or key collection. Guests who do not contact us may be charged a late check-in fee of $20.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest of 18 years or older.
Child rates are for children under 14 years old. Children under 3 years are free if sharing bed with adult.
Portacot available for room bookings for children under 3 years at cost of $5 per night.
Booking/Payment Policy:
The deposit for accommodation has not been charged to your credit card. However, should you not arrive at Middlemarch Holiday Park, your card will be debited for the first night of your reservation and the reservation cancelled.
Minimum of 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance of account payable on arrival. Payment must be made for the full time booked. Payment can be made to: Middlemarch Holiday Park - BNZ 02-0673-0118791-01. Deposit may be deducted from your nominated credit card at your request; please note we apply a $2 surcharge to payments made using a credit card, which is in line with our cost of acceptance.
Refunds for early departure are at the Management's discretion. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made by 5pm, local time, 2 days prior to arrival date. Please contact Middlemarch Holiday Park directly to cancel your booking. Contact details are available in your confirmation email, and also on www.middlemarchholidaypark.co.nz
All reservations not cancelled by this time will have the first nights accommodation debited to the credit card account. Cancellations made more than 2 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a 10% administration fee.
